This luxury wine packaging is a kind of rigid box, which much sturdier than art paper box. But even it is thick paper board and pretty strong, we still designed other inlays to protect the glass bottle.
Two kinds of inlays .
One kind is black corruagated paper tray. There two pieces trays, designed with diecut holes in the tray middle so as to fix two ends of the wine bottle. In this way, the entire bottle will sit in the center of the box, avoiding collision with the front, back, left, and right.
Another kind is black high-density sponge. Two sponges with a thickness of more than 1 cm are placed on the bottom of the box and the inner lid of the box, which greatly increases the buffer from the top and bottom, and better protects the entire wine bottle.
The whole box is with pure black printing, but with high glossy UV printed stripes, as well as the golden metallic logo and texts. This kind of color design can match the dark brown wine bottle well.
